Greek and Latin Roots are everywhere in the English language.  As students move into the upper grades they come across more and more academic words that are unfamiliar to them.  Knowing Greek and Latin roots will help them to know the meaning behind these words.

I've put together a fun game that students can play to become more familiar with these roots.  Greek and Latin Roots Go Fish.  The cards are separated into two decks a Greek deck and a Latin Deck.  Each deck also comes with a reference sheet that students can use when playing the game.
